**Sales Manager – Sweden \& Nordics** *Industrial Environmental Services \| Remote / Field\-Based – Sweden \| Full\-Time, Permanent* **Sales Manager – About the Company** Our client is a fast\-growing international company operating in the industrial environmental services sector, backed by one of the world's leading global investment firms. With approximately 450 employees across Europe and a clear ambition to scale further, the business helps industrial clients across multiple sectors meet increasingly stringent environmental and regulatory requirements through proven, sustainable service solutions. The culture is driven by three core pillars: teamwork, excellence, and commitment. **Sales Manager – The Opportunity** As part of a continued European expansion, our client is looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Manager to develop and grow their presence across Sweden and the broader Nordic region. This is a high\-autonomy, high\-impact individual contributor role for a genuine hunter profile, reporting directly to the Regional Business Director. **Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities** The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and winning new business across strategic industrial sectors in the assigned territory. Pipeline generation and new client acquisition are the primary commercial objectives. Working in close collaboration with in\-house technical specialists, the Sales Manager will translate complex industrial challenges into tailored commercial propositions, ensuring solutions are aligned with each client's operational and environmental requirements. Additional responsibilities include: * Managing and developing a structured sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM, with regular multi\-level stakeholder engagement across process engineering, plant management, environmental compliance, and procurement * Preparing and presenting competitive commercial proposals in collaboration with the internal sales support team * Maintaining a consistent field presence of approximately three days per week, including regular overnight travel within Sweden and periodically into Norway * Attending international trade fairs and industry events on behalf of the company several times per year * Participating in periodic strategy sessions and training at the company's European headquarters **Sales Manager – Candidate Profile** The ideal candidate will be based in Sweden — preferably within the Stockholm–Gothenburg–Malmö corridor — and bring a minimum of three years of proven B2B field sales experience with a clear track record in new logo acquisition. A strong technical aptitude is essential. Exposure to sectors such as industrial chemicals, biogas, water treatment, soil remediation, or environmental compliance services will be considered a significant advantage.
