Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, established client relationships, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team while increasing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Strengthen brand presence through client engagement and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and ensure the achievement of monthly targets.

Qualifications \& Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Electronics industry experience is preferred; candidates from other industries are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and existing client network is an advantage.
