Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing
Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth through sponsorships, event services, marketing solutions, and strategic partnerships across SNXS’s global portfolio.
This is a
100% commission-based role (no fixed base salary)
designed for entrepreneurial, results-driven closers who want uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of regional and international clients
- Sell SNXS services across events, sponsorships, marketing, and community-building
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Prepare tailored proposals based on client needs and objectives
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution post-sale
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM accuracy
- Represent SNXS at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
- Stay updated on trends in Web3, blockchain, AI, and digital ecosystems
💰 Compensation:
- 100% commission-based structure (no fixed base salary)
- Uncapped earning potential tied directly to closed revenue
- Competitive commission rates shared during interview stage
- Strong performance-based upside with direct income correlation
- Eligibility for transition to
fixed salary + commission after 3-month performance review
(based on consistent deal closures)
What we are looking for:
- 3–5+ years in sales, business development, or sponsorship sales
- Strong background in events, marketing, or related services
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage client relationships
- Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, AI, or tech ecosystems (strong advantage)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results-driven approach
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-autonomy role
- Based in or willing to operate in Dubai / MENA region
- English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
