This is a territory sales role covering an established range of interior and architectural building materials — including wall protection systems, expansion joint solutions, architectural louvers and grilles, sun control solutions, and entrance flooring systems — sold primarily through architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP companies on major commercial, healthcare, education, and hospitality projects.
You'll be responsible for:

- Owning the full sales cycle — prospecting, quotation, negotiation, and account retention
- Coordinating with the estimation team on quotations and tracking jobs from inquiry through to booking
- Developing and reporting on distributor performance and market activity
- Proactively marketing to ensure products are specified on major projects across the region
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of sales experience, ideally including at least 2 years selling building materials within the regional construction industry
- Engineering or business degree preferred, but not required if experience is strong
- Direct, hands-on experience engaging architects, consultants, and contractors — specification-led sales experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UAE and into Oman
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, self-starting approach
What's on Offer
Competitive salary (AED 25-30,000) plus commission, with genuine scope to grow within an established, global manufacturer.
