This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about sales, management, and innovative solutions to make a significant impact in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage a high\-performing sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals through coaching, motivation, and strategic planning * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to B2B (business\-to\-business) markets, leveraging outside sales techniques and market analysis * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction * Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape * Oversee account management activities to retain existing clients while expanding the company's footprint within target industries * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance brand visibility * Utilize CRM tools like Eleads to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement **Requirements** * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * CDK experience preferred * Strong management skills with demonstrated leadership in guiding sales teams toward success * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close complex deals effectively * Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support business development efforts * Familiarity with Eleads CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and pipeline activities * Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and develop actionable insights * Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships * Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively Join us if you're ready to energize your career by leading innovative sales initiatives!
