Job Description
Job Summary A prominent paper based packaging manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager. The position can be located anywhere. The company is based out of the Chicago area. This is a company with a long history of providing secure, stable positions and for employee tenure. The Sales Manager should be a hunter sales person who can both maintain current accounts and develop new accounts by creatively solving or improving packaging. This position reports to the VP of Sales and is a top priority hire for him. The position will earn between $150-$250K+

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell retail displays products. Provide quality alternatives and solutions to customers expressed wants and needs. Ability to understand, apply and explain value-added solutions
- Target accounts and particular pieces of business to maximise sales using assorted software
- Develop and maintain customer target list. Maintain current, qualified list of prospective customers within territory
