**Sales Manager Ports and Terminals Sweden** Location: West Sweden (Karlstad / Gothenburg region) Grieg Connect is growing in Sweden and we are now looking for an experienced sales professional to strengthen our commercial team. We provide digital solutions for ports and terminals operators across the Nordic and Baltic region. Our Port Management Information System (PMIS) helps ports and terminals to manage operations, invoicing, logistics, ISPS, planning, and compliance in one integrated platform. This role is for someone who can take real market responsibility from day one. We are looking for a strong commercial doer: someone experienced enough to drive sales independently, but still hands\-on, energetic, and close to the customer. **About the role** You will be responsible for developing business in Sweden, with focus on ports, terminals, and maritime infrastructure customers. The role combines structured sales work with relationship\-driven consultative selling. You will identify opportunities, build pipeline, lead customer dialogues, run demonstrations together with colleagues, and close deals. You will work closely with our Nordic and local sales and product teams and be part of a company with strong market position in Norway and a growing footprint in Sweden. **Your responsibilities** * Build and manage sales pipeline in the Swedish market * Identify and approach new port and terminal customers * Develop relationships with decision\-makers in target accounts * Lead sales processes from first contact to signed contract * Coordinate proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations * Represent Grieg Connect at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences * Contribute market feedback that strengthens product and strategy * Support marketing activities in Sweden together with the commercial team **What we are looking for** * Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in software, logistics, maritime, transport, or industrial sectors * Experience managing longer consultative sales cycles * Strong commercial drive and ability to work independently * Practical and structured approach to pipeline building and follow\-up * Comfortable engaging both operational users and senior decision\-makers * Fluent Swedish and strong English skills Experience from ports, shipping, logistics, or maritime industries is valuable, but not mandatory. **Why join Grieg Connect** * Trusted by more than 120 ports and terminals across the Nordics and Baltics * Strong and growing presence in Sweden with clear market momentum * Established customer base and respected brand in the maritime sector * Collaborative Nordic team with deep industry and product expertise * Opportunity to shape growth in one of our most important strategic markets **About Grieg Connect** * Grieg Connect is part of the Grieg Group and delivers mission\-critical software solutions to ports and maritime operators across the Nordics and Baltics.
