**Sales Manager** **Location:** Field\-Based (UK) **Salary:** £50,000–£55,000 \+ Bonus **Type:** Full\-time, Permanent My client, a global engineering and industrial technology business, is looking for a **Sales Manager** to drive growth across a designated UK territory. This role will focus on developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sales growth across a range of industrial products and services. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers * Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory * Deliver product presentations and promote technical solutions to customers * Manage the preparation of quotations, proposals, and commercial offers * Negotiate contracts and orders while maintaining profitability targets * Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through CRM systems * Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth * Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and project delivery **Requirements** * Proven experience in a technical sales or business development role * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills * Experience selling to the paper\-making industry * Ability to build long\-term customer relationships and manage key accounts * Self\-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills * Willingness to travel extensively within the UK **What’s on Offer** * £50k–£55k salary plus bonus * Company car allowance * Home office IT setup provided * Private medical and dental cover * Season ticket loan and cycle\-to\-work scheme * Life assurance and enhanced pension (3% employee / 6% employer) * Opportunity to join a globally recognised engineering organisation with excellent career development prospects
