Sales Manager – Perfume & Cosmetics Retail

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in retail, specifically in perfume and cosmetics, to lead sales operations and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing retail sales teams, achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and developing effective strategies to grow the brand and maximize store performance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage daily sales operations across perfume and cosmetics retail stores. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement. • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of brand presentation in stores. • Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. • Identify opportunities to increase sales, promote products, and expand market share. • Manage inventory movement and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the perfume and cosmetics sector. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales in the same role. • Strong retail experience in perfume and cosmetics is mandatory. • Proven leadership and team management skills. • Strong understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and sales KPIs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
