Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving set revenue targets. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, monitoring team performance, and conducting market analyses to identify growth areas. The candidate will also be tasked with delivering sales presentations, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and values.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Forecasting
- Strong experience in Team Leadership, Performance Monitoring, and Motivating Sales Teams
- Skills in Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, and Opportunity Identification
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Familiarity with Islamic finance principles and financial services industry experience is a significant advantage
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional certifications such as Islamic Finance certifications are a plus
