Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives for Network Security and HCI/VDI solutions.
* Drive business growth through effective
**channel partner engagement**
, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
* Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities within government, telcos, military, NGOs, and private sector accounts.
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
* Collaborate with technical and pre\-sales teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
* Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to senior management for strategic decision\-making.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen brand presence.
**Qualifications \& Experience**
* Minimum
**5 years of proven sales experience**
in IT solutions, with emphasis on
**Network Security and HCI/VDI technologies**
.
* Strong knowledge of
**channel sales ecosystems**
in Pakistan’s northern region.
* Demonstrated success in selling to
**government, telcos, military, NGOs, and private sector clients**
.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Energetic, self\-motivated, and capable of working independently.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the northern region.
