We provide advanced vending machines, intelligent vending software, cashless payment integration, and end\-to\-end vending operations for malls, offices, educational institutions, hospitals, gyms, and commercial spaces.
* We are expanding aggressively in Chennai and are looking for a dynamic, result\-oriented Sales Manager to lead vending machine sales, software sales, and location acquisition activities.
Role Overview
The Vending Machine Sales Manager will be responsible for:
* Selling vending machines to businesses and investors
* Selling vending management software subscriptions and solutions
* Identifying and securing high\-footfall locations for vending machine placements
* Building partnerships with malls, offices, hospitals, gyms, schools, and commercial establishments
* Managing client relationships and driving revenue growth in Chennai
This role combines B2B sales, business development, and strategic location acquisition.
Key Responsibilities1\. Vending Machine Sales
* Generate leads and acquire new customers for vending machine sales
* Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations
* Explain machine features, ROI, operational model, and profitability to customers
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2\. Vending Software Sales
* Promote Nibblish vending management software to vending operators and businesses
* Explain features such as:
* Remote monitoring
* Inventory management
* Real\-time sales tracking
* Cashless payment integration
* AI\-driven analytics and reporting
* Coordinate software onboarding and customer training
3\. Location Acquisition \& Placement
* Identify premium vending locations across Chennai
* Approach malls, IT parks, hospitals, colleges, gyms, apartments, airports, and commercial buildings
* Negotiate rental terms, revenue sharing, and placement agreements
* Coordinate site inspections and deployment approvals
* Build long\-term relationships with property owners and facility managers
4\. Business Development
* Develop partnerships with brands, distributors, and franchise operators
* Explore new vending opportunities and emerging market trends
* Create local marketing and promotional strategies
* Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
5\. Reporting \& Coordination
* Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates
* Submit weekly sales and placement reports
* Coordinate with operations and technical teams for installations and support
* Monitor machine performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
Experience
* 2\+ years in B2B sales, business development, retail solutions, FMCG, SaaS, or vending industry preferred
* Experience dealing with malls, commercial property owners, or franchise businesses is an advantage
Skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confidence in client presentations and closing deals
* Good understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
* Basic technical understanding of vending systems and software
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
