Additional responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, preparing sales reports, achieving revenue goals, and identifying new business opportunities within the luxury real estate sector. **Qualifications** * Strong background in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management * Proficiency in Lead Generation, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis * Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills * Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team * Experience in the real estate sector or luxury product sales is highly advantageous * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
