Sales Manager \- Nordics Location: Nordics (Regional role – travel required) **The Opportunity** Mackinnon Bruce International are partnering with a leading MedTech company specialising in Reproductive Health and IVF, currently expanding its direct commercial presence across the Nordic region. With an established and loyal client base already in place, this is a high\-impact role combining account management with new business development. You will take ownership of key relationships while driving continued growth across the region, representing a portfolio that includes capital equipment, disposables, and consumables used within IVF clinics. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and grow existing customer relationships across the Nordics * Identify and secure new business opportunities within IVF clinics and reproductive health centres * Deliver product demonstrations and clinical support in collaboration with internal teams * Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets * Build strong partnerships with clinicians, embryologists, and decision\-makers * Provide market insights and feedback to support product development and commercial strategy **About You** We are open to two types of profiles: **Option 1: Commercial MedTech Professional** * 5–10 years’ experience in MedTech sales within the Nordic region * Proven track record selling capital equipment and/or consumables * Strong network within healthcare, ideally IVF or women’s health * Commercially driven with excellent relationship\-building skills **Option 2: Clinical Background Transitioning into Sales** * Background as an IVF clinician, embryologist, or reproductive health specialist * Strong understanding of IVF procedures and lab environments * Interest in moving into a commercial, customer\-facing role * Strong communication skills and willingness to travel **What’s on Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing, innovative MedTech company * Strategic role with high visibility and autonomy * Strong existing customer base to build upon * Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package * Career progression within an expanding international business
