Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our channel sales in the Lahore region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, developing new customers, and supporting channel partners. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and building strong local market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and collection targets in the Lahore region
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow customer base
  • Support channel and marketing activities to improve customer satisfaction and repeat orders
  • Monitor local market trends and adjust sales strategies as needed
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to project closing
  • Conduct customer visits,接待, and relationship management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; Business, Marketing, or Engineering background preferred
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the

solar/PV industry

Local distributor resources in Karachi are a strong plus

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
