Sales Manager (Interior Company)

Sales Manager – Interior Design \& Fit\-Out (Urgent) We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven Sales Manager (with UAE Driving License) to join our growing Interior Design \& Fit\-Out company. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets * Identify and generate new business opportunities (residential \& commercial projects) * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Lead, train, and motivate the sales team * Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations * Coordinate with design and operations teams for project execution * Monitor market trends and competitor activities * Direct Sales report and update to the General Manager Requirements: * Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Interior Design / Fit\-Out industry (UAE experience preferred) * Proven track record of achieving sales targets * Strong communication and negotiation skills * UAE driving license preferred * Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
