Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive student enrollment and institutional partnerships, both locally and internationally. Day-to-day activities include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting consultations with prospective students and families, and presenting IAMTGLOBAL’s programs and placement pathways. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, agencies, and corporate partners to generate new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, manage a pipeline using CRM tools, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align campaigns with growth targets. The individual will also lead or support sales events, education fairs, webinars, and information sessions to increase brand visibility and conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and closing deals within education, training, or service-oriented industries.
- Experience in relationship management, including building partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, or corporate clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools, analyze data, and create clear, action-oriented sales reports.
- Background in hospitality, education, training, or related fields is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for meetings, events, and outreach activities as needed.
