**Role Overview**
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives. The role is part coach, part operator — building forecast accuracy, deal discipline, and a team that consistently hits quota.
**Key Responsibilities**
\- Lead a team of 5–10 Account Executives toward quota attainment
\- Run weekly forecast calls, deal reviews, and 1:1s
\- Coach AEs on discovery, deal strategy, and negotiation
\- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health for the team
\- Hire, onboard, and develop new AEs
\- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success on go\-to\-market
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
\- 5\+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years managing AEs
\- Track record of building or leading teams that hit quota consistently
\- Strong forecast and pipeline management discipline
\- Hands\-on with Salesforce and modern sales tooling
\- Coaching mindset and care for individual AE growth
\- Comfort working across functions and with executive stakeholders
