Job Description
Position: Sales Manager – Exhibition Stands \& Build Up
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
from the
exhibition stands and build-up space
to join a leading organization within the exhibitions and live events industry in the UAE. This role focuses on developing and securing large-scale exhibition stands, pavilions, and event projects across government, semi-government, and public sector organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business with government and semi-government clients across the UAE and GCC
- Identify, pitch, and secure large-scale exhibition stands, national pavilions, and event solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including tenders, proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Build strong long-term relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers
- Work closely with design, production, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of awarded projects
- Achieve revenue targets across public sector accounts and strategic projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Exhibition Management, or related field
- Additional certifications in exhibitions, events, or 3D/design understanding is an advantage
- 5–7 years of sales experience in exhibitions, stand build-up, pavilion construction, or related industries in the UAE/GCC
- Proven experience working with
government or semi-government clients
(mandatory preference)
- Strong track record of winning large-scale exhibition and event projects
- Solid understanding of exhibition stand design, fabrication, and delivery processes
- Strong proposal writing, tender management, and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
