- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

- Analyze sales performance and market trends
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Coordinate with marketing and store operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
- Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury brands is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Arabic and English proficiency
- UAE experience is a plus
