Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to generate leads, convert inquiries into clients, and achieve revenue targets for immigration services. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, conducting consultations with prospective clients, explaining service offerings and processes, and preparing proposals and agreements. The role also involves supervising and mentoring sales team members, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with immigration consultants and operations staff to ensure accurate, timely service delivery. The Sales Manager will build and maintain partnerships, represent the company at events, and provide feedback on market trends to support business growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in immigration, legal, education, or related service industries.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
  • Team leadership abilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating sales staff to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation, contracts, and client records.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, basic reporting, and data-driven decision-making to track performance and optimize sales activities.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations is highly desirable; willingness to learn and keep up to date with policy changes is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in the region is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate and maintain a professional, client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
