The company strives to provide high\-quality, practical, and efficient project outcomes. **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role based in Lahore for a Sales Manager in the food industry. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with cross\-functional teams to support company objectives and improve customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management * Strong understanding of Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Contract Management * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets * Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills * Knowledge of the food industry or prior experience in food\-related sales is highly preferred * Ability to analyze data and compile sales reports * Self\-motivated, result\-oriented, and able to work under pressure * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
