We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Government, Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, and Enterprise sectors.

Position Overview

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building executive-level relationships, presenting solutions, conducting demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFQs, preparing proposals, and closing high-value software and cybersecurity deals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills, understand enterprise software and cybersecurity concepts, and be comfortable discussing technical solutions with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior management.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within government, banking, telecom, healthcare, defense, and enterprise sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Generate a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.

Solution Selling

  • Understand Averox products and effectively communicate business benefits, ROI, security advantages, and competitive differentiators.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Translate customer business challenges into technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customer-specific solutions.

Proposal \& Tender Management

  • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, presentations, compliance documents, and business cases.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tenders from government agencies, banks, telecom operators, and enterprises.
  • Participate in technical and commercial evaluations.

Cybersecurity \& Enterprise Solution Sales

Promote and sell solutions including:

  • Cybersecurity Platforms
  • Breach \& Attack Simulation (BAS)
  • Vulnerability Assessment \& Security Monitoring
  • PKI, Digital Signatures, eSeals \& Certificate Authorities
  • Post-Quantum Encryption Solutions
  • Secure Communications \& Collaboration Platforms
  • eOffice \& Digital Transformation Solutions
  • Healthcare \& EMR Solutions
  • Enterprise Document Management Systems
  • AI-Powered Business Solutions
  • SaaS and On-Premise Software Platforms

Account Management

  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.
  • Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure successful delivery.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, government initiatives, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide market feedback to product and management teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Software, Technology, IT Solutions, or Cybersecurity Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling to government organizations, banks, telecom operators, or large enterprises.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, proposal writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
