Sales Manager – Commercial/Industrial Mechanical Contractor, 100% paid medical, vision dental – Direct Hire

**$160,000 - $180,000 annual base salary, medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and PTO starting at 15 days

The Position

• Own and execute revenue strategies across service agreements, quoted projects, repairs, and account growth initiatives
• Lead initiatives to grow service agreement penetration, recurring revenue, renewals, and long-term account value
• Coach and develop sales team members and BDRs through clear expectations, consistent feedback, and performance management
• Identify performance gaps quickly and address underperformance through direct coaching and structured improvement plans
• Partner with operations, service, and account management teams to ensure alignment and a consistent client experience

The Details

• 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical service, construction, or a related industry
• 3+ years of sales leadership with direct revenue accountability
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction sales, business, or project management
