Sales Manager
Location: Hull
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + commission
We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across the UK \& Ireland. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, delivering commercial targets, developing people, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the UK \& Ireland sales team.
- Drive sales growth, profitability and commercial performance.
- Develop and deliver sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain key customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor performance, forecasting and sales pipeline.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
