**About LIV by Yamama**
This role is on behalf of LIV by Yamama, a modern serviced\-living brand operated by Chapter One under our White Label model. LIV is a modern serviced\-living brand offering flexible, design\-led accommodation created for modern professionals who live between cities, settle into a rhythm, and expect their space to work without asking. Blending residential comfort with hotel\-level service, LIV by Yamama is committed to delivering exceptional living experiences across Saudi Arabia. As we expand, we seek a motivated and well\-connected Sales Manager to grow our business and support our new upcoming openings.
**The Role**
As a Sales Manager at LIV by Yamama, you will be responsible for driving revenue and occupancy across our portfolio by developing and converting demand from:
Corporate \& Government Sales
* Identify, target, and secure business from corporate clients and government entities
* Build relationships with HR, procurement, and administration teams
* Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and long\-term agreements
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and property tours
Local Demand Development
* Generate direct bookings from local residents and relocating professionals
* Build relationships with real estate brokers, relocation agents, and referral networks
* Actively use direct communication channels (including WhatsApp and networking)
* Position LIV by Yamama as a flexible alternative to traditional renting and hotel stays
Pipeline \& Performance Management
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
* Track performance through CRM and structured reporting
* Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue forecasts
* Collaborate with revenue and operations teams to align pricing and offering
Market Intelligence \& Representation
* Represent LIV by Yamama in networking events, meetings, and industry engagements
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
* Provide insights to improve commercial strategy and product positioning

* You are commercially aware and able to balance occupancy, pricing, and business mix

* You genuinely enjoy working with people and bring positive energy to team discussions, stakeholder meetings, and partnerships.

* You are tech\-savvy and quick to master sales tools, models, and dashboards that enable smarter, more effective reporting and tracking.
* You are organized and detail\-driven, but you also thrive in a very fast\-paced, dynamic environment, where agility and big\-picture thinking matter as much as precision.
**Preferred qualifications**
* 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in:
* Hospitality
* Real estate
* Corporate housing or related sectors
* Strong existing network within Riyadh across:
* Corporates
* Government or semi\-government entities
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
