Job Description
Our client, a reputable multinational **consumer electronics company** , is currently looking to hire a **Sales Manager – Africa Region** to be based in **Dubai, UAE** . This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead regional sales development and strengthen distribution networks across key African markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding channel partnerships, and executing the sales strategy for consumer electronics products across multiple African countries. **Key Responsibilities** • Implement and execute the sales strategy for the assigned consumer electronics product categories across the African region • Achieve defined sales targets and business objectives for the region • Establish, develop, and manage strong relationships with distributors, agents, and channel partners across Africa • Identify opportunities to expand distribution channels and grow market presence • Monitor, review, and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are achieved • Work closely with Product Marketing teams to determine the right product mix for African markets • Support regional marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market positioning • Provide market intelligence and insights on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends in the region **Candidate Requirements** • Proven experience selling **consumer electronics products** • Strong experience **managing and developing sales across African markets** • Demonstrated track record of building distributor and channel networks in Africa • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to drive regional growth strategies • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English This is a strategic role within a fast\-growing international organization and offers strong exposure to emerging African markets.
