Job Description
Are you an FMCG sales leader with a passion for driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering impactful commercial results?
We’re looking for result\-oriented and analytical problem solvers to take ownership of sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure strong in\-market execution across assigned territories with excellent GCC coverage.
**What you’ll do:**
• Drive and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer and distributor partnerships
• Manage key accounts and sales pipelines to deliver consistent performance
• Lead demand planning and forecasting in alignment with distributors and market trends
• Ensure strong market execution, including distribution, visibility, and availability
• Collaborate closely with marketing to implement trade promotions and activation plans
• Monitor sales performance, pricing, and market intelligence to optimize results
**What we’re looking for:**
• 5–7 years’ experience in FMCG / consumer goods sales
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong understanding of distribution, trade dynamics, and market execution
• A results\-driven and analytical thinker with strong problem\-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships
• Strong stakeholder management with GCC market exposure
