Mulla Ebrahimji Karimbhoy (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Manager Sales to drive its sales initiatives. This role requires overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to order closure, while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving growth in the construction, building, industrial, and fire safety products sectors. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, demonstrating the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to excel in managing client relationships and closing deals effectively. In this position, the Manager Sales will focus on identifying new business opportunities and developing customers through regular visits to projects, commercial projects, and industrial sites. They will liaise with key stakeholders including consultants, architects, contractors, and builders to advance sales objectives. Coordination with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and payment collection is vital. The successful candidate will continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively adapt and position the company advantageously in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to quotation preparation and order closure.
  • Identify and develop new customers and expand business opportunities within targeted sectors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to construction projects, commercial buildings, residential developments, and industries for client engagement and business development.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, builders, and end-users to strengthen the sales network.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, proposals, and technical sales documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Follow up diligently on inquiries and quotation submissions to secure orders and foster customer trust.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations and finance, to guarantee timely execution of customer requirements and smooth order processing.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and management of outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Provide reliable after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor sales activities, and emerging business opportunities to inform sales strategies and adapt approaches accordingly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client communications, and market insights to support management reporting and strategic planning.
  • Adhere to company policies and best practices in sales and customer relationship management.
