About the Role
AuctionNow is looking for a proactive and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead the company’s sales operations and vendor partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing effective sales strategies, acquiring and managing vendor relationships, and leading a high-performing team handling both inbound and outbound sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue
- Identify, approach, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners
- Create and implement vendor acquisition and engagement strategies to expand the company’s network
- Negotiate partnerships and collaborate with vendors to maximize business opportunities
- Lead, train, mentor, and manage the internal sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Oversee inbound and outbound sales operations, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates
- Monitor sales pipelines, team performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for business expansion
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for leadership review
- Ensure professionalism, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination across teams
Qualifications \& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Vendor Management, or a similar role
- Experience in managing or mentoring a sales team is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of vendor acquisition, client management, and sales pipeline management
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools is an advantage
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
