**About the Company**
Our client is a global technology firm specializing in AI\-driven hardware and commercial robotics. They are currently expanding their operations in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region with a focus on intelligent commercial cooking robots designed to automate professional kitchens, standardize recipes, and optimize labor costs.
**Role Summary**
The Sales Manager will be responsible for business development and key account management. The primary focus is to penetrate the professional catering and hospitality sectors by securing partnerships with large\-scale food service providers and managing regional distribution channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Market Expansion**
: Identify and secure contracts with Tier\-1 and Tier\-2 clients, specifically targeting chain restaurants, hotels, and large\-scale group dining operations such as corporate, school, or factory canteens.
* **Solution Sales**
: Present commercial cooking robots as a technical solution for kitchen efficiency, focusing on operational cost reduction and food consistency.
* **Channel Management**
: Develop and maintain a network of commercial kitchen equipment distributors and industry consultants.
* **Strategic Partnership**
: Negotiate annual procurement agreements and manage long\-term relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector.
* **Market Analysis**
: Monitor regional catering trends and competitor activities to provide feedback for product localization.
**Required Qualifications**
* **Professional Experience**
: 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience. Backgrounds in commercial kitchen equipment, food\-service software (SaaS), or industrial automation are preferred.
* **Industry Resources**
: Possession of existing professional networks or client resources within the catering, hotel, or group dining sectors is highly prioritized.
* **Adaptability**
: Candidates with a background in Consumer Electronics (3C) are welcome, provided they demonstrate the ability to adapt to complex, cross\-industry B2B sales environments.
* **Language Skills**
: Professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin or Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
* **Skill Set**
: Strong negotiation skills and a data\-driven approach to sales management and forecasting.
* **Location**
: Based in Dubai (Remote or Hybrid with regional travel requirements).
