The Sales Manager will lead a team to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring and supporting team, Recruitmemt and onboarding new team members. Maintaining knowledge of automotive products and services is vital to provide customers with informed recommendations and ensuring business objectives are consistently met, you will either be Nissan accredited or commit to joining the OEM training. **Qualifications** * Proven experience sales management either as a high performing sales controller / BM or in a sales manager role * Strong team leadership, mentoring, and people management skills * Analytical skills, including performance management * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other sales\-related software, pinewood desirable * Ability to work effectively in an on\-site environment * Previous experience in a managerial role or in the automotive sector is a strong advantage
