About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of the German market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Fluency in German and English is preferred.
