About the Company

Esset is property management software for landlords, agencies, and hostel operators in Pakistan. Five years in, PKR 1.2B+ in rent has moved through the platform, across 27,000 leases and 13,000 units. Customers include 4B Diplomatic Residencia, Alhamd Hostels, and Land Expert.

About the Role

We're hiring our Sales Executive for Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The product is real and growing, but the sales playbook is still being written, by you and the founder, together, week by week. If you want a fully baked machine with scripts and a manager pacing your day, this is the wrong role. If you want to build something real with one person above you, it's the right one.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, close.
  • Three days in the field — DHA, Bahria, the F-sectors, hostel walkthroughs, agency offices.
  • The other you can work from anywhere.
  • Weekly 1:1 with the founder.
  • Direct access when an anchor account needs him in the room.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years B2B sales experience, paid on closed business (not just leads or activity).
  • Sold to business owners, landlords, or agency principals. Real estate, property tech, or B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Fluent Urdu and English.
  • Self-managing — you build your week, nobody schedules it for you.
  • Own transport and smartphone.
  • Honest about wins and losses. We don't oversell features that aren't ready, and we don't undercut on price.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive base plus 10% uncapped commission on first-year contract value of every deal you close, paid as the customer pays. No quota gate. Base restructures upward at six months for closers consistently above PKR 120K OTE. Specifics on the base come up in the screening call.
