Sales Executive

GoDesign FZE is a digital agency with offices in Dubai and Islamabad, growing internationally and serving clients across UAE, USA, UK, and Europe. We need a Sales Executive who can represent the agency confidently to international clients. This is not a cold\-calling role. You will work warm leads, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals to close projects and retainers. You understand digital services because you have lived in or close to the industry. **Details** * **Location:** Remote or Islamabad Office * **Type:** Full\-time * **Education:** Graduation * **Experience:** 3\+ years in sales, preferably IT or digital industry * **English:** Professional proficiency required for client meetings and project communication **What You Must Have** * 3\+ years of sales experience in IT, digital agency, or tech industry * Strong written and spoken English at a professional level * Solid understanding of web development, design, SEO, and digital marketing * Experience closing B2B deals, not just generating leads * Comfortable doing LinkedIn outreach and managing a sales pipeline * Knows how to qualify a lead and identify bad\-fit clients early * Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar **Bonus Points** * Sold to UAE, UK, or US clients * Experience at a digital agency as developer or project manager * Understanding of retainer models and upselling * Proposal writing experience
