Sales Executive (FM)

**Job Title: Sales Executive – Facility Management** **Experience: 3–7 Years (UAE FM experience mandatory)** **Driving License: UAE Driving License required** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the UAE Facility Management sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and generate new business opportunities in the FM sector * Meet clients, attend site visits, and present company services * Prepare proposals and quotations * Follow up with clients and close deals * Build strong relationships with property managers, developers, and corporate clients * Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets * Maintain client database and regular follow\-ups **Requirements:** * 3 to 7 years of experience in UAE Facility Management sales * Good knowledge of UAE market * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to handle full sales cycle Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: AED7,000\.00 \- AED10,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in Facility Management (FM) sales in UAE?
