📍 Location: Harbanspura, Lahore
Fibre Craft Industries is one of Pakistan’s leading manufacturers of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) composite products, supplying innovative solutions to the textile, industrial, fertilizer, solar, food, and infrastructure sectors.
We are looking for a high-performing
Sales Engineer
who can build relationships with industrial clients, understand technical requirements, and deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads across industrial and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to understand and explain technical products.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior B2B sales experience in any of the following industries will be given preference:
- Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs)
- Construction / Building Materials
- Textile Industry
- Solar Industry
