Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director located in Beirut, Lebanon. The Sales Director will oversee daily sales operations, develop and execute business development strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and building strong client relationships to drive company growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities in competitive markets
  • Strong proficiency in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Team Management skills, including leading, mentoring, and motivating sales teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or a related field is highly desirable
