Job Description
Location: Middle East or Africa
Employment Type: Full\-time
Salary Range:
**160,000 – 330,000 EUR per year**
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the commercial and go\-to\-market strategy across the Middle East \& Africa region
* Manage the full sales cycle, including client development, tender participation, negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection
* Build and expand a regional partner ecosystem including distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners
* Develop and lead a regional sales organization (20\+ people) to support large\-scale market expansion
* Drive government and enterprise\-level business development across the region (B2G and B2B)
* Identify and close large strategic deals and long\-term contracts
* Monitor regulatory changes, regional policies, and market developments to adapt the commercial strategy
**Requirements**
* 10\+ years of B2B or B2G sales experience in the Middle East \& Africa region
* Strong existing network with governments and enterprises across MEA
* Experience in drones, intelligent equipment, or industrial technology sectors
* Proven experience managing large sales teams (20\+ people)
* Demonstrated success closing large\-scale strategic deals
* Deep understanding of local business cultures, procurement processes, and regulations across MEA
* Fluent English and/or Arabic as working languages
