Job Description
**Job Overview:** We need an experienced Oracle Sales Director to lead our sales efforts within the UK Private Sector market. This role will be a replacement for Mital’s role as he is moving to delivery 1 *st* Apr. The DBM will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients \& Oracle Commercial AEs, and achieving OB and Revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve OB \& revenue targets within the UK Private Sector market. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and Oracle stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including delivery, marketing and Oracle service line to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth. * Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management. * Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their performance and contribute to overall team success. * Represent the company at industry events \& conferences to promote our solutions and brand. **Qualifications/Experience:** * Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling Oracle solutions within the UK Private Sector market. * Strong understanding of Oracle's product portfolio and value proposition, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision\-makers at all levels. * Strategic thinker with a results\-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. * Previous experience in leadership or management roles, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
