Based in Dubai Hills, we specialise exclusively in Dubai's most prestigious prime and luxury communities, working with leading developers, discerning investors and high-net-worth clientele.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our Secondary Market Sales Division.
This is a senior leadership position for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and creating a culture of accountability, performance and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Train, develop and retain high-performing secondary market brokers
- Build and scale a successful sales team focused on Dubai's luxury secondary market
- Drive team revenue, productivity and transaction volume
- Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets and performance standards
- Coach and mentor brokers through all stages of the sales process
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans
- Work closely with senior management to execute growth strategies
- Ensure exceptional client service and professional standards across the team
- Create a culture of accountability, motivation and continuous improvement
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase market share
Requirements
- Proven track record in Dubai real estate sales leadership
- Strong understanding of Dubai's secondary market
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and communication skills
- Highly organised with a results-driven mindset
