This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving global revenue growth across key regions including the USA, EMEA, and APAC within the semiconductor IP and silicon solutions space. You will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, expanding key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in highly technical and competitive markets. The role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen and technical understanding, enabling you to engage effectively with engineering\-driven customers and executive stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align market needs with technology roadmaps and go\-to\-market strategies. **Accountabilities**
* Develop and execute regional and global sales strategies across USA, EMEA, and APAC to drive revenue growth and market penetration
* Manage and grow key strategic accounts, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, bookings, and design win objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior\-level customer stakeholders and industry partners
* Forecast sales pipelines accurately and proactively identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align customer requirements with roadmap priorities and product strategy
* Support go\-to\-market planning and execution for new product launches in coordination with global and regional teams
* Analyze competitor activity, market dynamics, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and positioning
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred
* 10\+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor or silicon IP industry
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant account growth
* Strong technical understanding of semiconductor technologies, including interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills at executive level
* Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and data\-driven forecasting tools
* Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance long\-term planning and hands\-on execution
* Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple time zones
* Nice to have: established network within semiconductor, OEM, or technology ecosystem
