Sales Director

We're Hiring: Director of Sales Location: I\-9/3, Islamabad Working Hours: Monday–Friday \| 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT) We are seeking an experienced, results\-driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our business development function. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to close high\-value deals while building high\-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: \- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives \- Build, lead, and scale the sales team from the ground up \- Drive revenue growth through high\-value client acquisition and long\-term partnerships \- Identify and leverage effective channels for sustainable organic growth \- Build and maintain relationships with key decision\-makers (e.g., business owners, CFOs) \- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships \- Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals Requirements: \- 5–7 years’ experience in senior sales or business development roles \- Strong understanding of accounting, audit, tax, consulting, or professional services \- Proven success closing high\-value, long\-cycle B2B deals \- Experience working with SMEs, corporates, or high\-net\-worth clients \- Demonstrated ability to build and scale a sales function from scratch \- Strong existing network of clients and industry contacts \- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills What We Offer: \- Competitive market salary with attractive sales incentives \- Opportunity to build and lead a high\-impact sales function \- Dynamic, growth\-focused environment What We’re Looking For: A commercially driven leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution.
