**About Our Client:** Our client is a logistics firm that has 30 years of domestic logistics experience and has evolved into a premier 3PL partner **Job Description:** Aiming to expand into new international markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and other emerging regions, we are seeking an experienced **Sales** **Director** to lead global expansion through strong revenue generation, market\-entry strategy, and strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who understands international logistics, knows how to open new markets, and has experience closing large cross\-border business deals. The primary focus of this role is: * Enter new regions * Build partnerships * Win large clients * Drive global revenue growth **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Global Expansion Strategy** * Identify and evaluate new markets for business expansion * Develop go\-to\-market strategies for different regions * Create regional sales plans aligned with company growth goals * Establish local partnerships to accelerate entry 1. **Revenue Ownership** * Lead global sales and expansion targets * Generate new business opportunities across industries * Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients * Close high\-value contracts in international markets 1. **Partnership Development** * Build relationships with regional logistics partners, distributors, and freight networks * Identify collaboration opportunities to expand service coverage * Develop strategic alliances to strengthen market presence 1. **Team Development** * Build and manage regional sales teams as the company expands * Set targets and performance goals * Guide local representatives in different markets 1. **Market Intelligence** * Track market trends and customer needs * Identify opportunities for differentiation * Provide insights to leadership on expansion priorities **Requirements** We are looking for someone who: * Has strong experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain sales * Has worked on international business expansion * Can close large enterprise\-level deals * Understands cross\-border trade and logistics challenges * Has experience working with global clients **Key Skills \& Traits** * Global Sales Strategy * Market Entry Planning * Business Development * Enterprise Deal Closure * Relationship Building * Leadership \& Team Building **Other Details:** **Work Mode:** Remote **Location:** Bahadurabad, Karachi **Work Days:** Monday to Friday **Work Timings:** 6 pm to 3 am (Evening to Night Shift) **Experience:** 8\+ years **Benefits:** * Medical is provided (IPD, with limited OPD). * In\-house Maternity reimbursement as well. * Performance\-based incentives * With this role, revenue\-based benefits will be discussed.
