Sales Director

**Sales Director (GCC)** **Industry: Manufacturing** **Location: Dubai \- with GCC travel** We are working with a leading manufacturing business who are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead and grow a high\-performing sales function across the GCC. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong, long\-term customer partnerships across both project and retail channels. **The role:** You’ll take full ownership of the regional sales performance, translating strategy into action and ensuring consistent delivery against revenue, volume, and margin targets. Alongside driving growth, you’ll lead, coach, and develop a dynamic sales team while fostering strong collaboration across internal functions. **Key responsibilities:** * Own and deliver the regional sales budget, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth * Develop clear sales strategies by market, sector, and channel * Build and maintain senior relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders * Lead and develop both projects and retail sales teams, driving performance and accountability * Strengthen pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and pricing discipline * Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into underpenetrated segments * Support major negotiations and key account development * Champion a customer\-first approach, promoting value\-led and solution\-based selling * Work closely with technical, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver results **What we’re looking for:** * 10\+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within construction, technical, or B2B sectors * Proven leadership experience managing teams and owning commercial performance * Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering growth * Strategic thinker with a hands\-on approach * Excellent relationship\-building and negotiation skills * Customer\-focused, with a passion for developing high\-performing teams * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field * Fluent English required (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
