The Sales Closer will handle customer interactions, finalize insurance sales agreements, and ensure seamless deal closures. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, expertly addressing their needs, building strong customer relationships, navigating final expense details, and managing the closing processes with precision. **Qualifications** * Strong verbal and written Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues * Proven expertise in Closings and final expense deal completion * Customer Service experience with a focus on building trust and satisfaction * Proficiency in handling Escrow processes and Deal Closure in a professional manner * Highly motivated and results\-driven with an ability to work effectively on\-site * Familiarity with insurance services and final expense products is a plus * Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as independently **Compensation Plan** Basic Salary: Upto 150k basic plus bonus **Timings** 7:45 PM \- 6:00 AM **Location** PWD, Islamabad
