We’re Hiring: Senior Manager /DGM – Sales \& Marketing (API) \| Dubai We are looking for a dynamic Sales \& Marketing leader with strong experience in the API / Pharmaceutical industry to drive business growth across the MENA region. 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 👤 Position Level: Senior Manager to DGM ⚠️ Requirement: Candidate must be currently based in Dubai🎯 Role Objective Lead the Sales \& Marketing function for the MENA market by developing and executing strategic initiatives to increase market share, drive profitability, and expand business opportunities. The role involves managing key client relationships, negotiating major deals, and building strategic partnerships with agents and distributors. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Achieve budget targets including P\&L and primary sales • Drive order generation and Ex\-India sales for assigned international geographies • Generate B2B demand in international markets • Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets (private and tender segments) • Expand regional business through strategic alliances, partnerships, acquisitions, and new product introductions • Develop and execute market penetration strategies across multiple channels • Identify sales targets and growth opportunities in coordination with leadership • Lead business planning and performance reviews including market assessment, projections, competitor analysis, and budgeting • Ensure effective implementation of systems, processes, and policies to drive a high\-performance culture • Implement corporate and local marketing strategies while leading and mentoring the team 💼 Ideal Candidate ✔ Strong experience in API / Pharma international business ✔ Proven track record in MENA market sales ✔ Expertise in strategic partnerships, distributor management, and tender business ✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills 📩 Interested candidates or referrals are welcome.
