Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Sales \& Account Manager** with a strong background in Dubai, Middle East. This role demands a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in **hunting for new business** , **cold calling** , **and driving sales initiatives.** The ideal candidate will be skilled at prospecting, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals, while also managing key accounts in the BFSI and government sectors. In addition to developing new business, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction in line with company goals. This is a hands\-on sales role that combines hunting, account management, and strategic relationship building to drive growth in the region. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **New Business Development (Hunting \& Cold Calling):Hunt for new opportunities** within the Services in the Middle East by proactively reaching out to potential clients. Conduct **cold calling** , emailing, and other outreach methods to generate leads, schedule meetings, and identify business opportunities. Identify and target key decision\-makers within target accounts to present tailored solutions and close deals. Build a solid pipeline of new business, consistently meeting sales targets and KPIs. 2. **Sales Strategy \& Execution:** Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in the BFSI and government sectors. Understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to create compelling sales pitches and proposals. Track sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM, ensuring follow\-ups and timely responses to all leads. 3. **Account Management \& Relationship Building:** Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing BFSI and government accounts, ensuring long\-term satisfaction and growth. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exploring additional sales opportunities within the account. Provide excellent customer service and after\-sales support, fostering strong relationships with clients. 4. **Project Management:** Oversee the successful delivery of projects for BFSI and government clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled and client expectations are exceeded. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and project scopes with clients. 5. **Market Intelligence \& Reporting:** Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and refine targeting efforts. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management, highlighting key wins, losses, and market insights. Attend industry events, webinars, and client meetings to stay up\-to\-date with industry developments and network with potential clients. 6. **Compliance \& Risk Management:** Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Identify risks and proactively address any challenges or obstacles to maintaining customer satisfaction and project delivery.
