Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Dubai. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, driving lead generation efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Success in the role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the organization. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and acting as a key point of contact for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Strong skills in Account Management and Lead Generation.
- Excellent Communication abilities to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Information Security, IT services, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
