ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

One of our clients is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in the System Integrator (SI) industry and a proven track record of driving business growth, managing client relationships, and delivering technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while building long-term strategic relationships.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations to understand business needs and position appropriate solutions.
  • Develop account plans and sales strategies to maximize customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update opportunity status, forecasts, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and ongoing client support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience within a System Integrator (SI) environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Technology Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and new business acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with leading technology vendors such as Fortinet, NetApp, Commvault, Oracle, and CrowdStrike.
  • Established network within the UAE technology and enterprise market.
  • Experience selling IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Management, or Enterprise Technology solutions.
  • UAE Driving License is an advantage.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Valid Driver's License preferred.
  • Can start immediately or within a short notice period.
  • 3+ years of Business Development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience within the Technology, Information, and Internet industry.
